Good survive and nice people.
Wonderful business. Takes care of things promptly.
Very friendly and nice. Prompt on service.
The owner, Josh Updike, bid me plumbing job after his protege fixed my AC in the process of diagnosing it and, I enjoyed every element of that interaction. They had no competition on price in my region (that i could get in touch with). They were there very quickly. They are a small, third-generation, local company that (i know for sure, this generation of) is very service oriented and, had the skills to provide it. This is the kind of company I feel good about having done business with and, they can provide all that at nearly half of any other bid I got. Wow! HVAC, plumbing (gas and water); I can do nothing but recommend these fine Americans.
Very efficient, informative, friendly. Would use it again.
These guys have been keeping my old system up and running for years. They recently replaced my old system and once again I could not be happier with the service they provided. They answered all the questions I had and helped me pick out a system that was not only very energy efficient but worked within my budget. These guys have always done great work and recommend them to anyone needing repairs or replacement.
I love the guys at Updike’s!!! They always get here so quick!! Very reasonably priced as far as labor goes and the guys are super nice. I won’t ever use anyone else for my heating and cooling needs.
This place is top-notch for customer service. Thank you for the quick response to my issue.
Extremely fast service! Had someone out to our house within 1.5 hours of calling.
Back in the fall, we reached out to Updike’s about what we could do to help with the cost of running an electric furnace and/or installing a new heat source. Of the few different options we had, the one we ultimately agreed upon was installing a new mini-split system to heat and cool our house. I was NOT familiar with them in a residential setting and was very nervous and skeptical, but they assured me we’d see a definite reduction in electric usage/cost in the winter months. We had it installed towards the end of November and I immediately noticed a drop in electric usage and our winter bills were more than cut in half. Looking at last year’s usage vs this year, I am definitely pleased with the outcome! If anyone is considering a mini-split system as an alternative to forced heat/AC, I highly recommend it. Plus, you can get a rebate from Ameren AND a tax rebate so you get some of your money back!
